Some public school students require additional educational services to ensure that they succeed in school. Three categories include special education students (17% of all age eligible students per the enrollment audit), English learner students (13% of all age eligible students per the enrollment audit), and students identified as at risk of academic failure (49% of students in eligible schools per the enrollment audit).
