While all special education levels have increased since SY13-14, the overall increase has been driven by additional Level 1 and Level 3 students, at 47% and 67%, respectively. Level 4 students have grown by 32% since SY13-14. The number of students identified as with special education need levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 all increased in SY22-23 compared to the year before.
