Enrollment of Public Schools by Neighborhood Cluster

Public schools in Columbia Heights and Mt Pleasant (Cluster 2), Crestwood and Petworth (Cluster 18), and Congress Heights (Cluster 39) have the greatest enrollments. DCPS schools have large enrollments in the clusters listed above, as well as in Friendship Heights and Tenleytown (Cluster 11) and Union Station, Stanton Park and Kingman Park (Cluster 25). Public charter school enrollment is the greatest in Congress Heights (Cluster 39) and Edgewood and Bloomingdale (Cluster 21) followed by Takoma and Brightwood (Cluster 17) and Columbia Heights (Cluster 2). Enrollment by grade is similar to overall trends.
