Public schools in Capitol Hill, Lincoln Park (Cluster 26); Mayfair, Hillbrook, Mahaning Heights (Cluster 30); and River Terrace, Benning, Greenway, Dupont Park (Cluster 32) enroll more special education students as a percent of their total enrollment.
